US Shipping
Standard shipping is free on all orders.
Express shipping is $14.99 and can be added at checkout.
Orders to Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska have a $25 charge and are exempt from any free shipping discounts.
Further Information
You have 15 minutes from the time an order is placed to make amendments, including changing a colour, size, adding or removing products, and updating your personal details.
If you want to cancel your order we may be able to stop it being shipped, but this isn’t guaranteed. Please contact us at support@rad-global.com and we will try to help. Please note, our support team is not available 24 hours a day.
If we can't stop your order being shipped, you can return the item using the returns process outlined here
Orders typically leave one of our global warehouses 1-2 business days after the order is placed and are delivered within 5-7 business days after dispatch. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact support@rad-global.com
Your order may be sent from any of our global warehouses, you will not be charged more for this.
Some orders will be sent via a non-signature FedEx service, which means your package can be delivered to your doorstep. We recommend having a FedEx Delivery Manager account to manage, hold or reschedule your delivery.
