Our athletes gathered in Joshua Tree National Park, a desolate landscape with enchanting beauty. It served as grounding before the build season, a time focused on foundations, strength and ultimate preparation.
Like nature, in fall we retreat, shedding the off-season haze of summer, athletes return with purpose, stepping back into routines that strengthen the mind and body. The sun is setting, but we keep working, embracing the euphoria that training brings in the darker months.
